Baggie's Saucisson is a traditional French cured pork sausage produced in-house. Seasoned with salt, brown sugar, black pepper, garlic and white wine, the sausages are stuffed in natural hog casing and dries in our dry aging cabinet.
The name “Saucisson” is derived from the French word for "dry sausage" and has a long history going back as far as the Roman empire. It is just as much an emblem of French cuisine as baguettes, cheese and wine. Saucisson's appeal is largely due to its close relationship with aperitifs. When friends come together for a drink and some nibbles at the end of the day to unwind and catch up, they like to eat Saucisson.
