The name Malva is derived from ‘Malva lekker’ because of the soft marshmallow texture of this syrup soaked pudding. Please note, the Apricot Butter Glaze is concentrated and needs to be diluted (see instructions on back of pack). Malva Pudding is best served warm. It reheats successfully in the microwave for 1 – 2 minutes.
