CAPI Grapefruit soda is made from the finest Cuban grapefruits. The natural bitterness of grapefruit juice and cold-pressed oils results in a tart and tangy soda with an underlying sweetness.

Any Australian will tell you we don’t just have the world’s best water, we’ve got the world’s best everything. With that, Pitzy Folk founded CAPI in 2011. The idea was to create a range of beverages made ‘by’ Australia that were 100% natural, crafted with quality ingredients and free of all preservatives. Fast forward to today and we have a portfolio of 19 mixers, fruit sodas and waters that challenge a world of mass-production and mediocrity.
