Baggie’s Cured Pork Biltong is a traditional South African cured meat produced right here in Singapore. A delicious, high protein snack to enjoy anywhere.
The newest product to our product range is Cured Pork Bacon Biltong. We use Danish Streaky Bacon and marinade in specially imported South African spices. We will be rotating 3 different flavours of our bacon biltong. As you test them out, please let us know which one is your favourite. The flavours on rotation will be Sweet Peri-Peri, Sweet Chilli and Fruit Chutney.
We make all our cured meats in our Singapore butchery and deli shop. We marinade our meat and then hang it to dry for a number of days in our custom built meat curing chamber until it reaches the optimum level of dryness and flavour. Our shop is located in Singapore's East Coast, on the popular Joo Chiat Road. Feel free to drop by and see how it is all done.
How do I store Biltong?
Even though cured, biltong is still meat and so should be stored refrigerated in a breathable container. Find out more about how to store biltong.
Is Baggie's Biltong Halal?
