A delicious Pesto made from char-roasted, sweet, caramelised red peppers with added extra virgin olive oil, macadamia nuts and parmesan cheese.
When the crates of beautiful red peppers, shiny and sun-ripened, are delivered fresh from the farm, it is not only a visual feast but a promise of good things to eat! The peppers are char-roasted until soft, sweet and caramelised. After roasting we blend them with extra virgin olive oil, macadamia nuts and aged Parmesan cheese.
