Organic extra virgin olive oil produced by the “El Mas de la Casa Blanca” farm, made from olive varieties are such as: “Arbequina” and “Alfafara”, which are local olive varieties from the mountains of north of Alicante, Spain.
This organic oil is a selection of the best olives from the farm, cared and treated in an environmentally and sustainable way from the harvest to the bottling, resulting in a Premium olive oil. In addition, the location of the olive mill, inside the same farm, reducing the time from harvesting to milling as short as possible.
