Biltong

At Baggie's Butcher & Deli, we hand make our biltong in our custom-built meat curing chamber.

We use traditional spices imported from South Africa, so you get the most authentic product. Biltong is high protein and low in fat, the perfect snack and great for a low-carb or keto diet! Our biltong comes in a wide variety of options, and we also make cured meat sausages, such as Droewors and Pork Cabanossi.

Sometimes people refer to biltong as beef jerky. They're both dried meat snacks, but since biltong is first cured, then cut, it retains more moisture and it's less chewy than regular jerky.
