Refund policy

Perishable item returns
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of perishable items due to a customer having change of mind, or making an error in ordering. This is inline with public and food safety regulations.

Non-Perishable item returns
We have a 14-day return policy for all non-perishable items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and packaged as you had received it. In order to make a return you must return its original packaging to our physical store location, where your refund will be processed in person. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and fix the problem.

Satisfaction guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of any of our products, then please get in contact with us. We will gladly refund any item where you are unhappy. Just send us an email to sales@baggiesbiltong.com, with your proof of purchase and an explanation and photo depicting the issue.

Refunds
When a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
