Baggie’s Chilli Cabanossi is a traditional cured pork sausage originating from Europe, but we've given it the South African slant.
We mince Pork Shoulder and mix with special Cabanossi spices, comprising white pepper, garlic and add a smokey flavour plus a good helping of fresh red and green chillis. The outcome is a beautiful cured meat, sausage stick, ready to eat. Due to their thin size and dryness they are very easy to pick up and snack on.
