Baggie's Droewors is a traditional South African cured meat sausage produced right here in Singapore.
We use Australian Grassfed Halal Beef Steak mixed with special Droewors spices, comprising coriander, cloves, pepper and salt.
Droewors is a cured, ready to eat meat stick sausage. Due to their thin size and dryness they are very easy to pick up and snack on. Baggie's Droewors has a really tasty aromatic flavour. It is the perfect healthy snack and packed full of protein (est. 45-50%).
We make our Droewors in our Singapore butchery and deli shop where we hang it to dry for a number of days in our custom built meat curing chamber until it reaches the optimum level of dryness and flavour.
