Saucisson is a traditional French cured pork sausage, seasoned with salt, brown sugar, black pepper, garlic and white wine. Perfect for your charcuterie platter or delicious home cooked French recipes.

Saucisson is a cured pork sausage seasoned with garlic peppery flavours. We prepare and cure our Saucisson at our Joo Chiat store in Singapore. Curing takes around 30 days, when the perfect maturity is reached.

Saucisson is cured, so comes ready to eat as is, and is the perfect addition to your charcuterie board. It is also fantastic in French Cassoulet recipes and other home cooked French meals.

The name “Saucisson” is derived from the French word for "dry sausage" and has a long history going back as far as the Roman empire. It is just as much an emblem of French cuisine as baguettes, cheese and wine. Saucisson's appeal is largely due to its close relationship with aperitifs. When friends come together for a drink and some nibbles at the end of the day to unwind and catch up, they like to eat Saucisson.

Size approx. 260g/piece.
