Nothing else added, just lamb and spices. No MSG and gluten-free. We use natural lamb casings for this sausage, and have gone out of our way to bring in the largest lamb casings we could find to ensure that our customers get regular sausage sizes without the need to use pork casings.
We make our lamb sausages fresh in our butchery and deli, and pack and freeze them so you get the freshest possible product when we deliver. We portion these into 4 x 100g sausage singles, a great portion to share with friends or family.
