Instructions
- Add the biltong powder, cream cheese, water, pepper, tabasco and lemon juice to the mixing bowl.
- Mix thoroughly, and add more water, pepper, tabasco and lemon juice to get preferred taste and consistency.
- If you would like a richer, and more pate like spread then add butter. If you're looking for something a bit more health conscious, then leave this out.
- Serve with crackers, baggie's cured meats and cheese.
